I truly love this nails. I decided to get this design for a concert. They told me, it was their first time doing this design, so I was a little nervous. However, they turned out amazing. They fulfilled my expectations. I highly recommend this nail salon. The people are very friendly, the place is really cute and clean.

I’ve been going to Puffin Nails for a little over a year now, and I have never been disappointed. Every nail artist I have had has done a fantastic job. I usually get gel manicures. Last week I asked Linh to re-create some K-pop Demon Hunter nails that I had found online and she went above and beyond what I was expecting! She spent two hours giving me nails that looked just as good or even better than the photo I had shown her! 10/10 stars!

This adorable gem of a salon is tucked away near the Wells Fargo in the Oak Grove Plaza shopping center. I promised my daughter she could get her nails done for back to school and she was recommended this place by her friend. After searching inspos with my daughter, I decided to join in the fun. It’s been a minute since I’ve had artificial nails so I was not aware of all the new ways they do it. Gone are the old days of simple smelly acrylics. This place aims to minimize the chemicals and opts for dip powder or gel extensions. I absolutely love the results! My daughter got dip and I got Gel X which suited our requested designs best. This place delivered. Their nail artists are top notch and so friendly. Highly recommend!!

Lovely atmosphere and everyone is super kind. This was my first visit and I think I have found my home! Myna did an exceptional pedicure! She is patient and so sweet. Linh did my manicure and she absolutely amazing. Hand painted my french. Also convenienced me to try gel X nails - hands down best choice. I live in hercules and I'll be making the trip as needed. You guys got a long term client.

10/10 recommend Puffin Nails. I moved to Concord in 2023 and was thankful to find my go to nail salon. I always call to make an appointment. And my appointments stay on time! There’s so many color options to choose from and they have dip, regular gel and builder gel options. Recently I’ve been testing nail colors for my upcoming wedding. I wanted a nice neutral look so I was trying out the OPI colors funny bunny and bubble bath and what not. But Queenie talked me into trying something new and different since I still had time to test it out. And I’m so happy I listened to her. She helped me find my absolute perfect wedding day nails and I can’t thank her enough. I love them!!

Natalie was AMAZING! She was such a good listener and gave me exactly what I wanted based on the inspiration photo I showed her. The shape is absolutely on point, the colors are perfect, and the overall look is flawless. She’s really sweet, didn’t rush at all, and took her time to make sure everything was done right. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Super helpful, attentive, and truly talented. Also, huge bonus—they were open on New Year’s Eve, which I really appreciated! I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Natalie if you want someone who actually listens and delivers.

Puffin Nails in Concord, CA is my go-to local nail salon and a true small business worth supporting. I started coming here right after I moved to Concord and I’m so glad I found them. I think I've been coming every few weeks for about 2 years now. I am surprised I didn't leave a review sooner. The salon is clean and cute, with plenty of parking in the big shopping center. I usually text Eric a couple of days before I want an appointment and he always finds a way to fit me in. As a business owner myself, I really notice the sacrifice it takes to run a business. Eric is a hands-on owner who shows up every day, and you can see the effort and care in how this place is run. I come for dip powder manicures and gel pedicures. They also have brand-new pedicure chairs. Everyone is friendly, and no matter who I see the work is consistently excellent. They’re on time for appointments, and if I arrive early they start the soak-off right away which is super efficient. If you’re looking for the best nail salon in Concord for dip manicures or gel pedicures, Puffin Nails is it. Sweet people, reliable service, and a clean, well-run shop. There are a few nail places in my area but I go here every time. I am always adamant about using my own nails with the intent to grow out. It had been some time since I gone so my nails were not in the best shape. They were able to salvage my nails (despite being broken) by not only shaping it in a great way but also adding the gel builder. They informed me it would help retain my natural nails but at the same time make it last longer. I came in with a color preference but fell in love with the cat eye nails they do. Perfect for the new year and will come back again!
